Breaking the Sound Barrier
Is this something you would want to do, or do you think he is crazy for doing it? Imagine what he might have been thinking.
The timeline on the website Redbullstratos.com shows the journey that Felix took and other data collected on the "flight". Usually, I am not that interested in thee things like space and the moon and other stuff like that, but this was more interesting to me because a man literally skydived from space. I mean how cool is that? I definitely want to do that. I honestly don't know what would be going through Felix's head during the "flight".

Have you ever heard of toxic algae?
I was surprised too when I first heard about them too. Once I read the article though, it was fascinating. The way that the algae grows and forms as stated in the magazine C&EN. This article reads, "when lakes receive excess nitrogen and phosphorus the nutrients accumulate in the lake and as they begin to cycle between algae, water, air, and sediment." These cycles then create the "toxic algal blooms" as they are most commonly known as. It is these blooms that appear to be little green clouds in the water, particularly in lakes.

DC, the Adventure of a Lifetime
DC, from what I've heard is a practically magical place, where you can learn so much. I am exited about getting closer to my classmates and teachers, and possibly the chance to talk to someone about my faith. But I am kinda nervous about who I will be rooming with, but I know that that is not a really big deal. I have never been to DC before and am excited to visit a new place. It will also give me the opportunity to have fun.
